Eric and Heather Eichin

Redwood R&R is owned and operated by longtime McKinleyville residents, Eric and Heather Eichin, bringing a deep-rooted commitment to their community and a wealth of experience to their role as owners. Together, they balance their roles as business owners with their roles as parents to four children, two of whom are McKinleyville High School graduates and two of whom are current high school seniors. Beyond their dedication to Redwood R&R, Eric and Heather are actively involved in giving back to the community through volunteer work and participation in fundraising events.

At Redwood R&R, Eric and Heather's goal is to provide quality care to residents while assisting them in maintaining their independence and improving their quality of life. Resident care is their top priority, reflecting Heather's extensive background and impending Master’s Degree in social work, as well as their shared commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. In addition to their professional endeavors, Eric and Heather enjoy traveling and staying active in the community. Eric's longstanding involvement as a Little League Coach for 15 years and Heather's role as the president of the McKinleyville Safe and Sober organization demonstrate their dedication to making a meaningful impact beyond the walls of Redwood R&R. As they continue to nurture their own family and support their children's educational pursuits, Eric and Heather remain steadfast in their mission to provide compassionate care and support to the residents of Redwood R&R.
